Logistics Coordinator 

 

Responsibilities:

 

·         Coordinates local, domestics and international delivery to meet the deadline

·         Will work with Overseas Logistics Manager and Distribution Center resources to ensure customer delivery requests are understood and met

·         Coordinates local FAI activities with Supply Quality Engineer and Customer Supply Chain Manager

·         Insures that all internal paperwork (i.e. Bill of Landing, Process Sheets, Packing Slips, and customer specifications) is properly documented and maintained

·         Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems

·         Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports

·         Performs daily inbound and outbound in WMS

·         Responsible for identifying, resolving, and finding the root cause of discrepancies and other related inventory errors

·         Creates weekly and monthly inventory reports

·         Resolves discrepancies between items received, stored and shipped

 

Skills & Experience:

·         Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, Masters desired, or equivalent work experience

·         Mandarin is preferred

·         General knowledge of inventory practices and reverse logistics processes

·         Experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel, WMS and ERP

·         Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volume of transactions

·         Ability to multi task and to react well under pressure

·         Strong analytical and organization skills

·         Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner

·         Adapt and able to deal with frequent changes in the work environment
